The staff was really friendly and helpful during our city trip. We appreciated the shuttle service that made it easy for us to explore the area. The wellness area and massages were excellent and very modern - definitely a highlight of our stay.
Our stay wasn't perfect. The breakfast lacked variety and the service was extremely slow.

Staying at this luxury hotel was a unique experience with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the service provided by the staff was remarkable, accommodating and over the top. the Spa & wellness centre was very modern and clean, including a sauna and an indoor swimming pool.
Although this hotel provided exceptional accommodation, there was only one minor issue: the breakfast lacked variety with slow service of simple options like porridge or boiled egg.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated close to the ski slopes and offering stunning mountain views. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities such as a wellness area and massage services. the staff were friendly and attentive, providing a navette service which was particularly helpful for us as we were travelling with a baby.
The breakfast options were disappointing, with a lack of choice and slow service for simple items like porridge or boiled eggs.

Spending our Christmas holiday at this hotel was simply amazing! the staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. the shuttle service was a lifesaver, especially for the baby. the modern wellness center was top-notch, and we enjoyed the massages. the location was perfect, close to the ski hills and other key attractions. the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of options, and the hot chocolate was a real treat!
Although the facilities were great, the cost was a bit too high, especially when compared to other similar hotels. We also had some minor issues, such as forgetting to replace our bathrobes and cups, but these were quickly resolved by the attentive staff.
